Payment

Alipants accepts payment via Cash, Direct Deposit (preferred method), PayPal (credit card), Bank cheque or Money orders.  Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Once you place an order with Alipants payment must be made within 5 working days for the order to be processed. If this is not possible please contact Alipants to discuss your options, we will try our utmost to accommodate you. If payment or correspondence is not received within 5 working days the order will be cancelled.

Orders will not be processed with supplying companies until one hundred percent of the purchase cost (including postage where applicable) has been received. If you choose to pay via money order or bank cheque orders will not be processed until they have been cleared.

It is highly recommended that you inform Alipants when you have made or sent a payment. We recommend that you notify us via email as that will provide both yourself and Alipants with a record of the notification. We will endeavour to acknowledge your notification within 24 hours of receiving it (weekdays only). Alipants will also acknowledge when the payment has been received (for bank cheques this will include the time it takes for the cheque to be cleared by our bank) and that your order has been placed.

Alipants does offer a lay-by option. You will be allowed 56 days once you have placed your order to pay the balance (including postage where applicable). An email will be sent to you outlining the payment schedule and payments will be due every 14 days as set out in the schedule. The first payment needs to be received within 3 working days after placing your lay-by order or the order will be cancelled.

Payment will be required every 14 days and Alipants will notify you via email 3 working days prior to a payment being due. If a scheduled payment is not made within 3 working days after the payment is due Alipants will consider the order cancelled.

You may cancel your lay-by at anytime prior to paying for the lay-by in full. Your money will be refunded less a $10 administration fee. If you wish to cancel the order you will need to notify Alipants in writing and provide us with your bank account details so we can refund you the money.

Delivery

Home delivery to anywhere in the Macedon Ranges and Sunbury is $5.00. Home delivery is possible out side of these areas within a 40km radius of Sunbury at a cost of $10, just choose the extended delivery option during checkout.

For any orders over $200 home delivery is free*

Pick up is possible from Sunbury or from any event that I am attending. If you choose to pick up in Sunbury my address will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

Postage is now available! I use pre-paid Parcel Post satchels which are available in two sizes, 500 grams and 3kg. For your peace of mind you may also select to register your fluffy goodies.

All parcels are subject to Australia Post  distribution policies and move outside the responsibility of Alipants once they have been posted. If an item goes missing in transit, replacement will be at the sole discretion of Australia Post (up to a value of $50) after they have investigated the complaint. Please be aware that such investigations may take a number of weeks and items valued more than $50 will not receive an additional compensation. To prevent the disappointment of missing parcels or inadequate compensation, we recomment all items be sent via registered post and require signature on delivery.
